Ease into tranquility with our laid-back group classes. Whether you’re new to meditation or a regular, our sessions blend mindfulness, energy work, and chill vibes to help ease stress and spark inner calm.
We also offer classes featuring stretching, gentle yoga, and breathwork — and we occasionally host pop-up classes led by our sister studio, Bend Yoga, right here at Re:mind.

This meditation begins with breathwork to settle the nervous system and is followed by brief guided visualization for relaxing the body. As you rest, we will perform short Reiki energy clearings on you. Essential oils and crystals are also used to aid in relaxation.

Stretchies in the Salt Room with Meredith & Pals

Changes SeasonallyReady to stretch it out, chill it out, and breathe it out? Check out this feel-good, go-easy yoga class that takes place in the cozy, magical glow of our salt room. It’s basically 45 minutes of movement and stretching followed by a delicious 15-minute optional cat nap!
This isn’t your typical yoga class – it’s a low-key, high-vibe session where you’ll gently move, stretch, and melt away tension while soaking in all the salty goodness (hello, halotherapy!). Think stretchy, flowy poses, deep belly breaths, and lots of “ahhhh, that feels good” moments. You’ll leave feeling limber, lighter, and breathing easy – literally.
