Lydia Krenicki is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals identify patterns and expand perspective taking to improve relationships and day to day happiness. She has experience in community mental health, non-profit organizations, and private practice. As an AAMFT approved supervisor she has a passion for teaching and expanding the knowledge of the field. Lydia combines her clinical and supervision background with approachability and realness to break down barriers to change in her workshops. Her upcoming workshop focuses on going deeper than traditional stress management, offering an engaging and introspective look into our relationship with stress and how to change it. The goal isn't just to help you 'manage' stress—it's to help you completely rewrite your relationship with it so it stops controlling your life.
