Three years ago, we opened our hearts and our doors to the community, and we are so happy and proud to be here for you — no matter what you’re going through!
Our practitioners will be offering wellness services, and our friends at Physician’s Med Spa will be here to say hi, along with an assortment of vendors! We’ll also be acknowledging some folks that deserve some much-needed self-care, and we’ll have refreshments, door prizes and so much more!
Mini services for only 11.00 each are available from 5:30pm onward and book every 15/20/25/30 minutes. If you would like a mini service, email meredith@remindwelllnessct.com to check availability with your top 2-3 service choices, along with your preferred appointment times. Kindly limit 2 services per person so we can share the love! You can choose from the following:

Infrared Sauna- 25 minutes (can fit up to 2 people)
