Join us and benefit from the detoxifying properties of salt particles which help maintain general health and mood by helping to reduce stress, headaches, increase energy and improve sleeping patterns. During your 45-minute session, you can relax, enjoy music or read in our cozy, spa-like salt infused rooms while breathing in microscopic salt particles.

    Infrared Sauna (Sweat)

    The heat is on! Infrared sauna surrounds you and penetrates deeply into your joints, muscles and tissues increasing oxygen flow and circulation.
