  • Guided Meditation with Energy Work

    Monday Evenings, 6:45pm-7:30pm

    Join Jean, Melissa and friends to get your week started right! This meditation begins with breathwork to settle the nervous system and is followed by brief guided visualization for relaxing the body. As you rest, we will perform short Reiki energy clearings on you. Essential oils and crystals are also used to aid in relaxation.

  • Stretchies in the Salt Room

    Friday Mornings, 8:30am-9:30am

    Ready to stretch it out, chill it out, and breathe it out? Check out this feel-good, go-easy yoga class that takes place in the cozy, magical glow of our salt room. It’s basically 45 minutes of movement and stretching followed by a delicious 15-minute optional cat nap!

    This isn’t your typical yoga class – it’s a low-key, high-vibe session where you’ll gently move, stretch, and melt away tension while soaking in all the salty goodness (hello, halotherapy!). Think stretchy, flowy poses, deep belly breaths, and lots of “ahhhh, that feels good” moments. You’ll leave feeling limber, lighter, and breathing easy – literally.
