Danielle Marconi
As co-founder of Re:Mind; Mind, body, spirit connectedness and the quality of life are the themes of Danielle’s life.
Danielle has always been interested in alternative medicine. At 16, she was initiated into Reiki level I and by nineteen became a Reiki Master. She earned her BS Psychology at Sacred Heart University and MS Counseling from Chaminade University. Since graduating Magna Cum Laude, she has received her license as a Professional Counselor (LPC). In addition, Danielle studied at The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). She has been practicing as a massage therapist since 2005, working for chiropractors and creating her own clientele.
Danielle is in her 22nd year as a school counselor in an inner city in southern Connecticut. She has 20 years experience as both a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has completed 500 hours of yoga training and has created her own certified yoga teacher training program. She has successfully owned a yoga studio for 8 years in her community.
Her studies and practice in spirituality continue to be her lifelong passion. Her objectives are simple: touch, motivate, and inspire.
Meredith Munk
Meredith has always found fulfillment connecting with people and forging relationships. Building a community of supportive colleagues and friends is now her life’s passion.
Meredith has enjoyed a twenty-year career in both small business and corporate office settings working with luxury apparel and textile brands. After she and her husband started a family, she sought out ways to manage the anxiety and stress so typically experienced by parents juggling work and home life.
In her quest to find alternative routes to wellness, Meredith discovered yoga and meditation-- and everything clicked. After years as a dedicated student, she completed 200 hours of yoga training and has found great joy and personal fulfilment as an instructor. She is also a Reiki practitioner and certified halotherapist, and continues to further her education in alternative therapies.
